In addition to school-based resources and support, the district offers system-wide resources for current and former students, alumni, and families. Services including graduation verification, records and transcripts can be accessed through the district.
NOLA PS accesses records via the Louisiana Department of Education via Student Transcript System (STS) where schools and school districts provide permanent records. NOLA Public Schools has partnered with Parchment, a leader in eTranscript exchange, to send high school transcripts and education verifications electronically, securely, and confidentially, to the institution you choose. The service is available online, 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Alumni can request a transcript and designate the academic institution, organization or individual that they would like to receive it. Users will be notified when their request is complete and can also track the status of their request or view a saved copy of their transcript. While charter schools are all authorized by NOLAPS, we do not maintain records for individual charter schools. The records of closed schools, schools formerly maintained by the RSD, can be obtained from the LDOE using the link below.

The NOLA Public Schools processes transcript requests for alumni of Orleans Parish Public Schools. Our office also provides duplicate diplomas to our graduates. Requests are completed by mail for High School Duplicate Transcript/Diploma or
GEE/EOC Inquiry. For more information, please call 504-304-3520.

Request for High School Duplicate Transcript, Diploma, or GEE/EOC Inquiry:
- You are able to download and complete the Records Request Form (Fillable pdf).
- Mail this form along with a copy of a State-Issued ID or Driver License to NOLA Public Schools with attention to Student Services at 2401 Westbend Parkway, New Orleans, LA 70114 along with a money order for the fee.
- Fee will only be applied when you are provided with a duplicate transcript ($10.00/copy) or diploma ($20.00/copy). Money orders or company checks are accepted and to be made payable to Orleans Parish School Board.
- A third party request must include a consent letter and a copy of the graduate’s State-Issued ID.
- Please allow us 10-15 business days for processing. We process requests upon receipt. However, due to COVID-19 restrictions and delays from USPS, some cases may take a longer period of time. If your request is expected to be delayed, you will be notified.
Education Verifications:
- Please download and complete our Education Verification Request Form (Fillable pdf).
- There is $2.00 fee applicable to education verification. Money orders or company checks are accepted and to be made payable to Orleans Parish School Board.
- Mail this form along with a consent form and a copy of the graduate’s State-Issued ID or Driver License to NOLA Public Schools with attention of Student Services at 2401 Westbend Parkway, New Orleans, LA 70114 along with a money order for the fee.

GEE Retest
Students who have earned the Carnegie units required for graduation, but have not successfully completed the required components of the applicable state assessments within the Graduation Exit Exam (GEE 21 or “Old” GEE), are eligible to participate in an opportunity to retest.
The following request forms must be completed to begin the research process that is necessary to confirm eligibility.
