Orleans Parish School Board to Host Monthly Meeting Via Teleconference on March 24

WHAT: The Orleans Parish School Board (OPSB) will be hosting two meetings remotely on Tuesday, March 24. The Orleans School Facilities Foundation (OSFF) Meeting and the OPSB Board Business Meeting will be accessible to the public via teleconference/video conference. The meetings are being held remotely in an effort to limit the spread of COVID-19 and to preserve the health and safety of all members of the public. The OPSB will utilize the online platform Zoom to live-stream meetings, which will be open for the public to view and participate in online or via phone. The board will consider a series of action items. Both agendas will be posted publicly no later than 24 hours in advance of the meetings here. Public comments will be accepted during the live stream of the meeting.

To participate online:

The live stream will be available here beginning at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24. To comment online, please use the “raise hand” feature at the bottom of the web page. The meeting moderator will announce the speaker and unmute audio at the appropriate time.
